Fall has officially come to Texas, although we still have 90 degree days and no trees that change color until almost Christmas. Occasionally it atleast LOOKS like Fall and we found a small pumpkin patch right in the neighborhood that helped us enjoy some of the sights we have come to love about this time of year. The kiddos look forward to the Monday before Halloween where we will carve our pumpkins, make scary rice crispy treat sculptures, and eat some delicious pumpkin bread. What a fun time of year!
Beautiful decorative displays greeted us as we arrive at the pumpkin patch.
Ben found his "ultimate" pumpkin but it was $35 so he picked a smaller one (ya think!?)One monster... 3 heads....still scary to think they are mine! lol
We found a few very odd pumpkins.
Dallin couldn't believe how small this one was! (he got it)
Another interesting pumpkin.....kinda cool
What the heck are those things? Looks like a cross between acorns and mushrooms
My lil' Punkin Erin
The only boyfriend I will allow her to have until she's 30. Ok, 35.Back at home and Jasper has to rub all over the pumpkins. Very Halloweenish huh?
