Mother's Day

I woke up this morning to some really cute kiddos trying very hard to be quiet as they arranged a beautiful Mother's Day breakfast on the table next to my bed. What a wonderful surprise! (ok, they do it every year, but I love it more and more every year) I was even more surprised when Dallin pulled out a wonderful candy gram that he had hidden in the bottom drawer of that same table. That little sneak!! Usually he tells me days in advance that he made me something or has something for me. He never said a word! Erin wrote a haiku poem and painted me a wonderful picture, as well as making me a card filled with hearts and flowers that she had drawn. Ben made an amazing card in art class that had a beautiful printed picture inside that I will frame. We all sat on my bed sharing my gourmet breakfast and calling "dibs" on which candy  we wanted from the candy gram. I love "bed-time" at our house. It happens usually in the morning and we all just make camp on my bed and talk and laugh. It's the best and today was no exception...Thank you to my great kids!!!
